Giorgio Armani Madrid boutique in Galeria Canalejas is hiring a Temporary Client Advisor 40h to join our team. Your role as an ambassador for our brand is to ensure that all of our clients enjoy their entire shopping experience.

Excellent attention to customers, the ability to advise on collections, and building lasting relationships are essential. You will stay updated on collections, fashion trends, and be a fan of our brand.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in luxury sales.
• Good presence and communication skills.
• Passionate about Fashion.
• Proficient in English and Spanish (other languages is a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Excellent attention to all customers ensuring that they are properly advised on collections.
• Fulfil individual and store objectives.
• Build strong customer relationships. Collecting customer CRM details for customer portfolio and follow up with them.
• Maintain store standards and guidelines regarding behavior, stock and product.
• Stay updated on our collections, fashion trends and being a fan of our brand.
