Job summary

Aurigo Logistics is seeking a Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our crypto products, including trading, wallets, DeFi, and payments. You will work with engineering, design, compliance, and marketing to deliver trusted user experiences.

Responsibilities include market research, backlog prioritization, and go-to-market planning, with a focus on regulatory alignment and measurable KPIs. Strong cross-functional collaboration and fluency in English are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, fintech/crypto/Web3 preferred.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain, wallets, DeFi, tokenomics.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Agile experience; Jira/Notion usage.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research in the crypto and Web3 space
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Prioritize features and manage the product backlog
• Work with engineers, designers, and blockchain developers to deliver features on time
• Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, licensing)
• Define and track KPIs such as user growth, retention, trading volume, and revenue
• Lead go-to-market planning and product launches
• Gather user feedback and iterate on products continuously

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, crypto, or Web3
• Solid understanding of blockchain, wallets, exchanges, DeFi, and tokenomics
• Experience with data analysis and product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Notion
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Ability to make decisions in a fast-moving, uncertain environment

Nice to Have

• Experience launching a crypto product, token, or NFT platform
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (MAS, MiCA, etc.)
• Technical background or ability to read smart contracts at a basic level
• Active personal participation in the crypto ecosystem
