Bespoke Crew Recruitment seeks an experienced First Officer for a 56m private sailing yacht embarking on a worldwide cruising programme. The role involves close collaboration with the Captain and deck team to ensure safe navigation and efficient yacht operation.

The ideal candidate has OOW 3000GT and extensive sailing yacht experience, with boating skills including tender driving, diving, and kitesurfing. Rotation is 2:2, with training allowance and discretionary bonuses. Immediate start offered.

Formación

• Must hold OOW 3000GT
• Previous experience on 40m+ sailing yachts is required
• Strong navigational experience with world-cruising exposure is highly advantageous
• Excellent tender-driving skills are required
• Diving, kitesurfing and spearfishing experience is required
• Experience with in-boom furling systems and high-performance sailing is preferred
• Hardworking and proactive attitude with long-term commitment in previous roles
• Schengen Visa in hand if required

Bespoke Crew are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated First Officer to join a 56m private sailing yacht embarking on an exciting long-term worldwide cruising programme.

The yacht is currently finishing her Mediterranean season before departing Palma in early December for the Caribbean, followed by approximately two years worldwide cruising

The yacht is owned by an active family who spend significant time on board. The Owner is passionate about diving, kitesurfing, spearfishing and sailing,

The Owners have high standards and are looking for crew with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and excellent personality fit.

The First Officer will work closely with the Captain and deck team, supporting the safe navigation, operation and maintenance of the yacht.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Officer who is passionate about sailing, watersports and adventure and wants to gain extensive world-cruising experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• OOW 3000GT
• Previous experience on 40m+ sailing yachts
• Strong navigational experience & World-cruising experience is highly advantageous

PACKAGE

• €7,000 DOE per month
• 2:2 rotation
• Training allowance available, subject to course completion and longevity
• Discretionary Owner bonuses
• Immediate start available to allow through training/onboarding with the rotational Chief
