Yacht Crew Recruitment & Training (YCRT) is seeking a confident Chief Stewardess to lead a well-established interior team aboard an 80m+ private yacht in the Med. This hands-on role requires delivering exceptional service, housekeeping and guest care while maintaining a positive working environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years as Chief Stewardess on yachts 70m+, strong administration and time management, and experience mentoring a large interior team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the interior team to deliver outstanding service, housekeeping and guest care.
• Maintain high standards of luxury hospitality and guest experience.
• Oversee administration and time management for the interior department.
• Mentor staff and optimize workflow, with experience in wine, floristry and service programs.
• Utilize Pinpoint Works and Microsoft Office to support operations.

Job Description

• This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and experienced Chief Stewardess looking to lead a well-established team on a prestigious private yacht.
• The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering exceptional standards of service, housekeeping and guest care, while creating a positive and supportive working environment for the interior team.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chief Stewardess on yachts 70m+.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring a large interior team..
• Highly organised with excellent administration and time management skills.
• Previous shipyard or refit experience is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, floristry and luxury hospitality.
• Experience with interior management systems such as Pinpoint Works and Microsoft Office is essential.
• A calm, approachable and professional leader with excellent communication skills.
