Bespoke Crew seeks a confident Lead Housekeeper to join the interior team of a 95m private/charter motor yacht in the Mediterranean. Start: mid-September to early October; package includes a competitive salary and 90 days leave.

The successful candidate will lead and organise the housekeeping team, working closely with the Head of Housekeeping to maintain exceptional standards across the yacht. English is preferred and personality fit is essential.

Formación

• Several years of housekeeping experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• English language abilities preferred.

Bespoke Crew are seeking a confident and personable Lead Housekeeper to join the interior team of a well-established 95m private/charter motor yacht.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Housekeeper or Lead Housekeeper who is ready to take on a little more responsibility within a strong and welcoming interior team. The successful candidate will work closely alongside the Head of Housekeeping, helping to lead and organise the housekeeping team while maintaining excellent standards throughout the yacht.

THE ROLE

• Supporting the Head of Housekeeping with the day-to-day running of the housekeeping department.
• Guiding the housekeeping team, organising daily tasks and maintaining consistently high standards.
• Assisting with the principal's wardrobe and general housekeeping duties as required.
• Working as part of a well-established and close-knit interior team.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for someone with a few years of strong housekeeping experience, ideally with some leadership or supervisory experience, although an experienced Housekeeping Stewardess looking to step up will also be considered.

Personality is particularly important for this position. The ideal candidate will be bubbly, warm, confident and approachable, with a positive attitude and plenty of personality to bring to the interior team.

You should be a genuinely kind and team-focused person who is happy to support the Head of Housekeeping rather than stepping on toes. English as a first language is preferred, but personality and team fit are the priority.
