Roche seeks a Lead AI Engineer to define the global blueprint for multi-agent systems and autonomous AI within the Diagnostics Commercial space.

You will lead the technical evaluation of agentic paradigms, establish LLMOps standards, and collaborate with executives to translate complex business problems into scalable, compliant software solutions. This role offers hybrid executive work arrangements and global impact.

Formación

• Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML or equivalent.
• 8+ years hands-on software engineering with 3+ years in generative AI/LLM workflows in production.
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration, state-management and secure API orchestration.

Responsabilidades

• Define global blueprint for multi-agent systems and enterprise AI architecture.
• Lead evaluation and adoption of agentic paradigms and orchestration frameworks.
• Establish enterprise‑level LLMOps and Agent‑Ops standards and governance.
• Influence C-suite with roadmaps and cross-functional alignment.
• Mentor senior engineers and AI engineers across global hubs.
