Roche is seeking an AI & Automation Engineer to bridge security expertise with scalable, self-service execution. You will build intelligent agents and low-code tools that empower Roche employees, turning strategic advice into functional code and making risk management proactive and frictionless.

You’ll lead the development of AI-based advisory tools, integrate RAG pipelines, and enable self-service platforms across the organization, aligning with ISG objectives and global ISMS standards.

Formación

• AI/ML Engineering: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML applications and workflow automation.
• RAG & LLM Integration: Engineer data pipelines and mitigate AI hallucinations for grounded outputs.
• Low-Code Development: Experience with Outsystems or similar enterprise-grade low-code tech.
• Regulated Industry: Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare/finance environments is a plus.
