PHARO is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to own transformation initiatives in large enterprises. You will align with executive stakeholders, design workflows, and wire multi-agent AI systems into client operations. You will act as an intrapreneur, driving profitable AI use-cases within complex organizations.

You will lead engagements from discovery to implementation, ensuring measurable ROI and scalable deployment across critical back-office processes.

Formación

• 4 to 8 years of high-impact professional experience in enterprise settings.
• Strong analytical background with ROI focus and business-case development.
• Battle-tested experience managing complex projects and enterprise client relationships.
• Elite collaboration and communication skills bridging technical and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver WOW: take absolute ownership of client outcomes and remove roadblocks.
• Land & Expand: identify value, understand client architecture, and drive scalable AI opportunities.
• Deployment Management: lead hands-on implementation of PHARO's AI agents and iterate based on feedback.
