AXA is seeking a Change Manager to own change management and deliverables for the rollout of the Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solution across multiple regions, with a focus on preparing European deployments.

You will drive the change strategy, design training content, and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders are aligned across borders.

• Salary: Daily rate from €400

You will join through Ethic Technology to spearhead crucial cross-functional change initiatives, connecting global strategies with local market realities.

AND WHAT'S MY ROLE IN THIS?

As Change Manager, you'll take full ownership of the change management and project deliverables supporting the rollout of the Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solution across Colombia, Mexico, and Argentina, while preparing key groundwork for upcoming European implementations.

• Update, maintain, and drive the overall change management strategy and rollout plan
• Design and execute communication, training, and go-live change support strategies for target locations
• Conduct business readiness assessments to gauge regional adoption and site preparation
• Identify early signs of resistance to change and proactively deploy issue management solutions
• Oversee training data coordination and tailor learning materials for regional deployment
• Manage deliverables and weekly action trackers across multiple international teams, ensuring key timelines are met
• Collaborate directly with global leadership, local business units, procurement, invoicing, and supplier management teams
• Address specific preparations for upcoming French deployment waves, including work council requirements, local compliance, and content translations

OK, AND WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• Strong hands-on experience leading change management for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementations
• Deep operational understanding of end-to-end P2P processes (procurement, invoicing, supplier management)
• Proven experience navigating complex matrix structures within global organizations like AXA
• Solid project management and coordination skills, including tracking multi-country deliverables and maintaining action logs
• Demonstrated ability to identify change resistance early and solve adoption bottlenecks hands-on
• Practical knowledge of Coupa, SAP, or PeopleSoft, as well as familiarity with Agile methodology (highly valued)
• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (mandatory)
