Blu Selection is seeking a seasoned Workplace AI & End User Services Project Manager to lead two concurrent IT workplace projects in a multinational setting. You will partner with sales, underwriting, and compliance to ensure governance, timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met.

You will implement agile and DevOps practices, manage risk, drive adoption of MS365 and Generative AI tools, and hand over deliveries to BAU support with training plans and change management.

Formación

• 8+ years IT project and product management in workplace and end-user services.
• Fluent in Spanish, French, and English.
• Experience in governance and risk management.
• Knowledge of MS365 and Generative AI products.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps.

Responsabilidades

• Engage cross-functional teams to establish governance and smooth rollouts.
• Define and monitor the full project perimeter—content, budget, timelines, and quality.
• Identify interdependencies, manage risk registers, and work with senior stakeholders on mitigation.
• Organize and steer Project Committees, coordinating all workstreams for progress.
• Consolidate KPIs, statuses, and budgets into reporting materials for stakeholders.
• Oversee local rollouts, adoption tracking, and deployment plans tied to ROI.
• Facilitate handover to BAU with change management and training plans.
• Ensure alignment with Agile, DevOps, and security standards.
• Produce gating docs, minutes, and project sign-off deliverables.

AND WHAT'S MY ROLE IN THIS?

As Workplace AI & End User Services Project Manager, you'll take charge of driving and delivering at least two concurrent, highly strategic workplace and end-user IT projects in a complex, international environment.

• Proactively engage cross-functional product, working group, and business teams (sales, underwriting, compliance) to establish governance, sustain accountability, and ensure smooth rollouts
• Define and monitor the full project perimeter—including content, budget, constraints, detailed timelines, and quality benchmarks
• Identify interdependencies, build and maintain risk registers, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to implement proactive risk mitigation
• Organize, lead, and steer Project Committees, coordinating all workstreams to ensure efficient progress tracking and aligned decision-making
• Consolidate KPIs, statuses, risk evaluations, and budgets into clear, audience-tailored reporting materials for operational and executive stakeholders
• Oversee local rollouts, adoption tracking, and deployment plans in alignment with business case expectations and ROI models
• Facilitate the handover of delivered capabilities to BAU support models, including change management, training plans, and post-go-live adoption
• Ensure strict alignment with modern delivery frameworks (Agile, DevOps) and enterprise architectural, data, and security standards
• Produce core gating documentation, committee minutes, and project sign-off deliverables

OK, AND WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management and Product Management focused on Workplace, Digital Adoption, and End User Services within international environments
• Proven expertise in Change Management and driving adoption across diverse operational contexts
• Deep practical experience establishing governance and leading projects in complex matrix organizations
• Strong risk management capabilities with a hands-on, concrete approach to driving structured execution
• Full professional fluency in Spanish, French, and English
• Practical working knowledge of MS365 and Generative AI products
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Exposure to the insurance or assistance sectors and financial/budgetary background are strong pluses
