SQUAD Technology Solutions is seeking an International Change Manager fluent in English to support a global Coupa P2P rollout across Colombia, Mexico, and Argentina within the insurance sector. Formación

• Proven Change Manager with international rollout experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) environments.
• Strong expertise in organisational transformation and Change Management with emphasis on user adoption.
• Experience with Coupa is mandatory; SAP or PeopleSoft exposure is a plus.

At SQUAD Technology Solutions, an IT outsourcing company, we are building a small, agile team with a strong commitment to doing things right from the very beginning.

We are currently working with one of our clients on the recruitment of an International Change Manager, fluent in English, to support a global Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) rollout across Colombia, Mexico, and Argentina within the insurance sector. This role will play a key part in driving business adoption, stakeholder engagement, and organisational readiness in a complex international transformation programme. We are looking for a professional who combines strong Change Management expertise with excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

What are we looking for?

• Lead Change Management initiatives for a multinational Coupa P2P rollout, defining adoption strategies, readiness plans, and change activities across Colombia, Mexico, and Argentina.
• Apply strong expertise in organisational transformation and Change Management, ideally within Procure-to-Pay environments, ensuring successful business adoption and user engagement.
• Bring solid functional knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes, with mandatory experience in Coupa and additional exposure to SAP or PeopleSoft considered highly valuable.
• Conduct readiness assessments, change impact analyses, adoption tracking, and reporting, proactively identifying risks and areas requiring additional support.
• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from local business teams to senior management, effectively managing expectations and driving alignment.
• Identify and address resistance to change early, implementing practical actions that support a smooth transition and sustained adoption.
• Develop and adapt communications, training materials, user documentation, and Hypercare support activities, ensuring users are fully prepared throughout the transformation journey.
• Thrive in complex international and cross-functional environments, leveraging excellent communication, coordination, project management, and Agile collaboration skills, with C1 English essential.
