Asenium is seeking a Senior Coupa P2P Project Manager to lead Source-to-Pay process implementations and enhancements across an international organisation.

The consultant will manage Coupa deployment and indirect purchasing processes across several international entities, covering project delivery, process alignment, system implementation, stakeholder adoption and continuous improvement. Fluent English is required; Madrid office work is expected.

Formación

• Advanced experience in Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay or Purchasing transformation projects.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Coupa implementation.
• Experience in system integration, data migration, configuration, testing and process customization.
• Solid understanding of indirect procurement and P2P processes.
• Experience managing ERP or purchasing-tool implementations in complex international organisations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of Coupa and indirect Source-to-Pay processes in international entities.
• Deploy the Global Finance Template while considering local regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate the full implementation lifecycle: design, configuration, testing, integration, data migration and go-live support.
• Manage adoption across requesters, approvers, finance, procurement and vendors.
• Collaborate with application owners, Finance, Procurement and IT to align processes with the ERP ecosystem.
• Monitor risks, milestones and deliverables; manage change and user readiness.
• Deliver ad hoc Source-to-Pay enhancements including entity integration and procurement transformations.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to purchasing and finance transformations.

Asenium is looking for a Senior Coupa P2P Project Manager to lead Source-to-Pay process implementations and enhancements across an international organisation.

The consultant will manage the deployment of Coupa and the associated indirect purchasing processes within several international entities. The assignment covers project delivery, process alignment, system implementation, stakeholder adoption and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Coupa and indirect Source-to-Pay processes in international business entities.
• Deploy the Global Finance Template while considering local operational and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate the full implementation lifecycle, including process design, configuration, testing, integration, data migration and go-live support.
• Manage adoption across requesters, approvers, finance teams, procurement stakeholders and vendors.
• Work closely with application owners, Finance, Procurement and IT teams to ensure alignment between business processes and the ERP ecosystem.
• Monitor implementation risks, dependencies, milestones and deliverables.
• Support change management, stakeholder communication and user readiness.
• Deliver ad hoc Source-to-Pay enhancements, including organisational changes, entity integration and the separation of direct and indirect purchasing processes.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to purchasing and finance transformation initiatives.

Required Experience

• Advanced experience in Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay or Purchasing transformation projects.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Coupa implementation.
• Experience covering system integration, data migration, configuration, testing and process customisation.
• Solid understanding of indirect procurement and P2P processes.
• Experience managing ERP or purchasing-tool implementations in complex international organisations.
• Proficiency with at least one major ERP, such as SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proven ability to coordinate business, IT, Finance, Procurement and external vendor stakeholders.
• Strong change management and user-adoption capabilities.
• Excellent project management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work from the Madrid office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional Source-to-Pay platforms such as SAP Ariba or Ivalua.
• Background in accounting, Finance, Procurement or purchasing operations.
• Experience deploying global templates across multiple legal entities or countries.
• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Additional European languages would be an advantage.
