International Organization for Migration (IOM) seeks a security focal point in Ceuta to support the Chief of Mission in tactical, operational, and strategic security matters affecting staff and beneficiaries.

You will coordinate with private security firms and UN mechanisms, guide daily/weekly reporting, and help develop evacuation plans and emergency procedures. Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant work experience or high school with 8 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
• Experience in security management, law enforcement, or military disciplines is essential, preferably with international experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Chief of Mission on tactical, operational, and strategic security matters.
• Coordinate with private security firms and liaise with UN security mechanisms.
• Guide staff on daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, training, and SOPs.
• Assist in evacuation planning and emergency procedures.
• Conduct mandatory security briefings for new hires and leadership.
