Driiveme is seeking an operations professional to design scalable processes and drive their adoption across European markets. You will identify friction, design solutions and standardize workflows while partnering with field teams and product/tech to automate tasks.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, cross-market coordination, and measurable improvements in KPIs, with a strong focus on automation and efficiency.

Formación

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Data or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Operations, Operations Excellence, or related field.
• Proven experience designing and implementing operational processes.
• Strong interest in digital tools, automation and technology.
• Fluent English; international/multi-country experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify friction points and design scalable solutions for operations.
• Analyse processes to find cost, friction and performance issues.
• Standardise processes across markets and test in field.
• Roll out processes to local teams and ensure adoption.
• Define KPIs and monitor performance; drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product, Data and Tech teams to automate tasks.
• Document processes and create execution tools.
