European Payments Initiative seeks a Product Operations Manager to connect Product, Engineering & Experience teams, building scalable operating models and governance across Europe. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, set up reporting, and drive knowledge management practices to move hundreds of initiatives efficiently.

You’ll define processes, KPIs and dashboards, enabling data-driven decisions and cross-functional alignment as Wero expands across Europe.

Formación

• Experience designing and improving operating models, governance frameworks and processes in tech orgs.
• Strong analytical mindset with KPI and reporting expertise.
• Influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Knowledge management systems and Confluence governance experience.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated industries.
• 5+ years in Product Operations, PMO, or similar roles.
• Educational background in business, engineering or IT; multilingual is a plus.
• Thrives in a remote-first, multicultural environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design and improve operating models for Product, Engineering and Design to enable scalable collaboration.
• Define and optimise governance, planning, SDLC and cross-functional ways of working.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement for delivery effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain an operational KPI framework for leadership visibility.
• Build dashboards and insights to support data-driven decisions.
• Create knowledge management governance, templates and playbooks.
• Support strategic planning and executive communication for the CPTO and PEX.
• Drive alignment and execution across multiple teams in a fast-growing enviroment.
