Factorial is seeking a Country Manager to launch and grow the Central-East Europe market from scratch. You will lead GTM strategy, recruit and coordinate partners, and build a scalable local presence while aligning with global teams.

The role offers a strategic, entrepreneurial path with strong interaction across Sales, Partnerships, and Leadership. The candidate should have a track record in market entry for B2B SaaS, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach to

Formación

• 5+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Market Launcher roles in B2B SaaS.
• English plus one regional language such as Czech, Romanian, Hungarian, Slovenian or Slovak.

Responsabilidades

• Own the market entry strategy & execution: adapt the global GTM plan for local growth.
• Build the market from scratch by identifying and activating partners for a scalable local presence.
• Develop partnerships with HR tech partners, resellers, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Act as the face of Factorial, representing the company at local events and networks.
• Gather market intelligence to refine strategy and ensure product-market fit.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Leadership for local alignment.
• Lay groundwork for growth: establish local processes and plan future team expansion.
