Worldwide Clinical Trials in Spain seeks a Senior Manager to lead CAT Operations, overseeing resourcing, budgets, and study deliverables across global clinical trials. You will coordinate with Contracts, Project Management and QA to ensure compliant, timely execution.

The role requires CFRs, GCPs, ICH knowledge, 7+ years in trials, and strong leadership. Onsite position with opportunities to shape scalable operational processes and team growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in life sciences, business, or related field.
• Proven leadership in global clinical trials and program delivery.
• Strong knowledge of CFRs, GCPs and ICH guidelines.
• Experience with budget development, vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Identify operational needs for CAT projects and provide oversight from launch to closeout.
• Resource CAT study projects and coordinate study budgets with Contracts and PMs.
• Lead QA and vendor-related meetings; manage risk assessments and compliance.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to department-wide initiatives.
