Qualifications

• Experience negotiating complex site contracts and budgets.
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and local regulatory requirements.
• Ability to explain contract terms clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with vendor management and oncology/clinical trials industry.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME on Clinical Trial Agreement processes at country and site level.
• Preparation, negotiation and finalization of site contracts and budgets.
• Manage the Investigator Budget and liaison for contract communications.
• Resolve negotiation issues, escalate risks, and improve SOPs.
• Collaborate with Worldwide stakeholders and external stakeholders (sites, investigators, etc.).
• Review and finalize CTAs and related documents for completeness and accuracy.
