Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Specialist to lead negotiation and finalization of Clinical Trial Agreements and site budgets across international sites. You will manage investigator budgets, align with legal, finance and clinical teams, and help mitigate risks while maintaining SOPs and templates.

Requirements include proven negotiation of complex contracts, strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulations, and Bachelor's degree in business, law or science.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, law, science or related field.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex site contracts and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME on Clinical Trial Agreement processes at country and site levels.
• Prepare, negotiate and finalize site contracts and budgets.
• Manage investigator budgets and coordinate contract communications.
• Escalate risks and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Worldwide stakeholders and external sites.
• Review and finalize CTAs and related documents for completeness.
