Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials in Alicante seeks an experienced leader to oversee CAT Operations within the Business Development Operations Department. You will manage resources, act as SME for CAT activities, and coordinate budgets, vendors, and process improvements across global clinical trials.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and regulatory knowledge to ensure compliant, timely study delivery and cross-functional collaboration across the CRO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred in life sciences, business, or related field.
• Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills are essential.
• 7+ years clinical trial experience with 4+ years in global trials; prior management experience is a plus.
• Experience supervising teams or project management in CRO/clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for CAT study projects and launches.
• Resource CAT study projects as Resource Manager and SME for CAT Operations.
• Coordinate resourcing, budget discussions, and vendor interactions.
• Drive process improvements and participate in QMD reviews and new QMD development.
• Oversee study risk assessments and cross-functional alignment with clinical services.
• Lead departmental initiatives for policy implementation and growth.
