Openbank is expanding its Cards & Payments product team in Madrid, driving evolution with a fintech mindset. You will own product definition, set measurable outcomes, and provide clear customer journeys and requirements for delivery teams.

The role centers on identifying opportunities, shaping strategy, and partnering with Digital Channels, UX, Technology, Operations, Risk and Compliance to deliver scalable propositions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of payments, card products or adjacent fintech propositions.
• Ability to identify unmet customer needs and turn ideas into differentiated product concepts and scalable propositions.
• Excellent product judgment with focus on quality, simplicity and customer experience.
• Analytical and commercial skills to interpret data and assess impact.
