Job summary

ING is seeking a Senior Business Lead for Cards Growth & Partnerships in Madrid to drive the growth strategy, performance and roadmap for Cards, while building strategic partnerships and leading cross-functional teams in a data-driven, customer-focused environment.

You will own the commercial metrics, develop distinctive propositions, and collaborate with schemes, processors, wallets, merchants and fintechs to optimise revenues and customer value.

Qualifications

• Significant senior Cards or Payments product/commercial leadership experience.
• Strong commercial and P&L mindset with solid knowledge of Cards economics.
• Experience developing customer propositions and strategic partnerships.
• Strong strategic, analytical and data-driven approach.
• Excellent negotiation and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Customer-focused, action-oriented and resilient, with strong decision-making skills.
• Solid understanding of risk, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Master's degree or equivalent, with 10+ years of relevant professional experience.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Business Lead to lead our Cards Growth & Partnerships team within the Payments Tribe in Spain. The team's mission is to turn Cards into a sustainable growth and income engine for ING Spain, driving customer acquisition, activation, usage and engagement, developing distinctive propositions and building strategic partnerships. We work end-to-end, customer-focused and data-driven, bringing together Business, Tech, Ops and other key stakeholders to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
