Skills Alliance in Spain seeks a Territory Sales Manager for the South of Spain to lead commercial growth in neurovascular/medical devices. You will engage interventional radiologists, neurosurgeons, and cath labs to drive adoption of an established portfolio.

Based in the region, you will build KOL relationships, develop territory plans, and collaborate with marketing and clinical education to accelerate market penetration.

Formación

• Proven track record in medical device sales, ideally neurovascular or interventional specialties.
• Strong network with hospital stakeholders and KOLs in Southern Spain.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English communication skills.
• Self-starter capable of managing a territory independently within a European team.
• Willing to base in the South of Spain and travel across the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow the territory across Southern Spain with hospital accounts and procurement stakeholders.
• Drive sales of neurovascular/interventional portfolio and identify new business.
• Provide clinical and technical support in cath labs and OR, including training.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical education, and distribution teams to maximize penetration.
• Monitor market trends and evolving clinical guidelines in neurointervention.

Territory Sales Manager – South of Spain | Neurovascular/Medical Devices

We're partnering with a global leader in neurovascular and interventional medical devices to find a driven Territory Sales Manager to lead commercial growth across the South of Spain. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent an innovative, high-growth medtech company, working directly with interventional radiologists, neurosurgeons, and cath lab teams to bring life-saving technology to patients.

What you'll do:

• Manage and grow the territory across Southern Spain, building strong relationships with key hospital accounts, physicians, and procurement stakeholders
• Drive sales of an established neurovascular/interventional portfolio, identifying new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts
• Provide clinical and technical support in the cath lab/OR, including case coverage and product training
• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with regional and national sales targets
• Collaborate closely with marketing, clinical education, and distribution teams to maximize market penetration
• Stay ahead of competitive landscape, market trends, and evolving clinical guidelines in neurointervention

What we're looking for:

• Proven track record in medical device sales, ideally within neurovascular, interventional radiology, cardiology, or a related interventional specialty
• Strong existing network with KOLs and hospital stakeholders in Southern Spain
• Fluent Spanish and strong English communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to manage a territory independently while collaborating with a broader European team
• Based in or willing to be based in the South of Spain, with flexibility to travel across the territory
