You will operate in roles such as Project Manager, ITSM, Scrum Master, RTE, or Agile Coach, translating business needs into strategic delivery plans across Informatics. This role emphasizes collaboration and impact within a global health science environment.

Formación

• Proven track record in Delivery Management roles (Project Manager, Service Manager, Scrum Master, RTE, Agile Coach).
• Experience delivering complex features or projects (service transitions, ART increments) across multiple functions.

Responsabilidades

• Define, manage and control scope of medium to large initiatives with alignment to strategy and stakeholders.
• Lead root-cause analysis and improvement plans for delivery problems; mentor teams and build team spirit.
• Identify diverse stakeholders, develop communication plans, and resolve conflicts to ensure alignment.
• Contribute to strategy, planning and forecasting to achieve product and domain goals.
• Manage dependencies and tailor delivery methodologies for complex deliveries across products.
