Roche is seeking a DevOps Infrastructure Engineer (SE8 level) in Madrid. You will set the technical direction for multi-platform infrastructure, manage end-to-end lifecycle, and align initiatives with business goals.

You will guide cross-functional teams and influence enterprise-wide DevOps strategy. In this role, you will lead the design of CI/CD pipelines, implement self-healing and disaster recovery plans, and drive automation across platforms while ensuring compliance with regulatory

Formación

• Proven hands-on experience with automation, IaC, logging, monitoring and observability.
• Experience designing and delivering CI/CD pipelines and IDPs.
• Ability to lead geo-distributed teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
