Roche is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead moderately complex IT initiatives within RDT Pharma R&D. You will define scope, manage diverse stakeholders, and drive value delivery across teams, aligning with strategic objectives.

Formación

• Proven track record operating in Delivery Management Roles (e.g., Project Manager, Service Manager, Scrum Master, RTE, Agile Coach) handling medium to large initiatives.
• Experience delivering complex features or projects (e.g., service transitions or ART increments) across functions.
• Ability to translate requirements into strategic implementation plans and contribute to business planning and forecasting.

Responsabilidades

• Scope/Content Leadership: define, manage, and control scope for medium to large initiatives with moderate complexity; lead scope definition and mitigate risks.
• Accountability/Problem Solving: lead analysis of delivery problems, drive root-cause, develop improvement plans, and mentor colleagues.
• Stakeholder Management: identify diverse stakeholders, develop communication plans, and navigate conflicts to ensure alignment.
• Impact/Strategy: support product, initiative, or domain goals by ensuring value delivery and shaping team processes.
• Complexity/Product Size: manage features and services across multiple activities and dependencies; tailor delivery methodologies.
• Business/Technical ability: translate business needs into delivery strategies; adapt methodologies to optimize results.
• Roadmap & Feature Planning: oversee roadmap for requests and determine technical solution outlines.
• Backlog Execution: drive backlog completion using Jira and ServiceNow within Agile practices.
• Process Automation (AI Tools): apply AI-capable tools to automate routine tasks and streamline workflows.
• Cloud Infrastructure: maintain awareness of cloud constraints and design considerations (AWS) when scoping features.
