Roche is seeking a Delivery Management Professional to lead moderately complex deliveries, align stakeholders, and drive value delivery in large initiatives. You will define scope, manage complex dependencies, and apply agile practices to ensure strategic objectives are met across Informatics, the Chapter, and/or Domains.

The role emphasizes strong business acumen, ability to mentor teams, and facilitation of workshops to deliver measurable outcomes in a matrix environment.

Formación

• Proven track record in Delivery Management archetypes (PM/PMO/Coach) for medium to large initiatives.
• Experience delivering complex features or projects across functional areas.
• Translating requirements into strategic implementation plans and forecasting.

Responsabilidades

• Scope / (Content Leadership): Defines and controls scope of medium to large initiatives with moderate complexity, guiding scope definition with strategic objectives and dependencies.
• Accountability/Problem Solving: Leads analysis of delivery problems, drives root-cause analysis, and creates improvement plans.
• Stakeholder Management: Identifies diverse stakeholders, builds communication plans, and resolves conflicts to maintain alignment.
• Impact/Strategy: Delivers value through product/domain goals and shapes team processes to support strategic objectives.
• Complexity / (Product Size): Manages complex initiatives across products/services and coordinates dependencies.
• Business/Technical ability: Analyzes business needs and selects delivery methodologies to optimize results.
