Roche seeks a Delivery Service Manager to own end-to-end service delivery and governance for mission-critical IT services enabling high‑quality pharmaceutical manufacturing and delivery. You will lead cross‑functional teams, tailor Agile delivery, and drive continuous improvement in a regulated environment.

You will manage stakeholders, ensure controlled releases with Product Managers, and coach teams to deliver value with agility across complex programs and dependencies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
• 5+ years delivering mission-critical services in a global, regulated Life Sciences environment.
• Experience as Delivery Manager/Project Manager/Scrum Master managing medium to large initiatives.
• Expert in IT Service Management (ITIL V3/V4) and Computer Systems Validation; familiarity with FDA CFR Part 11, HIPAA and GDPR.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Service Delivery: Own every aspect of service delivery, performance, and governance.
• Independently analyze delivery problems and perform root cause analysis with stakeholders.
• Define and manage scope of medium to large initiatives, tailoring Agile delivery.
• Drive comprehensive improvement plans and contribute to solution design and validation.
• Identify stakeholders, communicate plans, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure releases and changes are delivered in a controlled, agile manner with Product Managers.
