Cisco is seeking a Senior Advisory professional to lead transformation initiatives for strategic accounts in Madrid and beyond. You will build business cases, engage C-suite, and coordinate across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to align AI, data, and cloud strategies with client goals.

Fluency in English is required, with native-level Spanish or Italian. This role involves travel to Barcelona and other sites as needed, delivering executive-level narratives and shaping advisory

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in transformation, management consulting, or value selling.
• Background in technology-led advisory and change leadership.
• Fluency in English.
• Native or professional proficiency in Spanish or Italian.

Responsabilidades

• Build compelling business cases that combine financial data with AI strategies for clients.
• Lead discussions with C-suite stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
• Orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success for a consistent client experience.
• Adapt global AI and data strategies to fit Spanish and Italian markets.
