Accenture is seeking high-energy AI-driven professionals to join the Strategy & Consulting practice in Madrid or Barcelona. You will shape the future of operations across supply chain and procurement, leading end-to-end transformations with measurable outcomes.

You'll work with C-suite leaders, apply analytics and AI, and build scalable value realisation through pragmatic operating models. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, and relocation to Madrid or Barcelona is supported.

Formación

• Experience in Strategy Consulting and/or Supply Chain & Operations.
• Strong interest in AI, analytics, and digital transformation with a drive to learn and innovate.
• Ability to execute projects end-to-end and deliver AI-enabled, value-driven solutions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills across organizational levels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to grow a high-impact practice.
• People development and team-building skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
• Location: Madrid or Barcelona.
