Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a seasoned advisor to shape AI-enabled transformation for top clients in the Madrid area, with travel to Barcelona as needed.

You will build compelling ROI cases, engage C-suite leaders, and guide multi-disciplinary teams across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in transformation consulting or value selling, plus fluency in English and native/proficient Spanish or Italian.

Formación

• 5+ years in transformation, management consulting, or value selling.
• Background in technology-led advisory and change leadership.
• Fluency in English.
• Native or professional proficiency in Spanish or Italian.

Responsabilidades

• Build compelling business cases that combine financial data with AI strategies to help clients get the most from their investments.
• Lead discussions with C-suite stakeholders to explain how our technology supports their business goals.
• Orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure a consistent experience for our customers.
• Adapt our global AI and data strategy to fit the unique business cultures of the Spanish and Italian markets.
• Lead initiatives to influence industry trends and elevate our advisory brand.
