Sales Development Representative | Dutch or Spanish & Portuguese Speaking
Start or accelerate your sales career with a multi-billion dollar global leader in SaaS. We are hiring two Sales Development Representatives to develop new business across Europe:
These are opportunities to sell software that helps organisations solve complex, business-critical challenges. You will represent an established portfolio trusted by professionals worldwide, while learning how to engage everyone from growing SMEs to major enterprises.
With significant investment in technology and AI, there is plenty to talk to customers about and plenty of room to build your career.
Whether you already have BDR or SDR experience or are looking for your first move into sales, you will receive the training and support to develop into a strong commercial professional.
You will research prospective customers, start conversations with decision-makers and understand the challenges their businesses face. Working closely with Account Executives, you will help shape territory plans, create a strong pipeline of opportunities and work with the AEs across the whole sales cycle.
Your day-to-day work will include:
You must be confident communicating in English and either Dutch for the Benelux role or both Spanish and Portuguese for the Iberia role.
Previous BDR or SDR experience would be welcome, but it is not essential. You could also come from customer service, recruitment, customer success or another role where you have built relationships and shown the drive to succeed.
You will do well here if you are curious, comfortable starting conversations, organised in your follow-up and resilient when a prospect says no. Most of all, you should be excited about developing a career in sales.
This is a chance to learn your craft at scale: work with experienced salespeople, speak with senior decision-makers across two valuable European markets and build a track record selling solutions customers rely on. As you grow, you will have opportunities to develop your skills and explore the next step in your sales career.
