Job summary

MTS Globe Group in Palma is seeking a Business Controller to join our international finance team. You will report to the Head of Controlling and help translate financial data into actionable guidance across all destinations.

The role requires 3+ years in business analysis within tourism, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong Excel and Power BI skills. You’ll collaborate across cultures in a dynamic, technology-driven environment, with opportunities for growth and impact on profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in tourism management, business admin, finance, or economics.
• 3+ years in business analysis or performance management in the tourism industry.
• Excellent command of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in multicultural environments.
• Advanced proficiency in analytical and reporting tools, particularly Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate profit & loss reporting, providing a clear view of operational performance.
• Guide financial performance across destinations, aligning with business objectives.
• Lead annual budgeting process and monthly/annual closing activities.
• Support senior management with financial insights and analysis for strategic decisions.
• Monitor sales performance to identify risks and opportunities; ensure data quality.
