CAS Training in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst / Operations Specialist to support a major project based in Barcelona. You will work across teams to design, configure, and optimize SFMC campaigns and customer journeys for international markets.

The role requires 5+ years in CRM or marketing tech, hands-on SFMC skills, and strong stakeholder communication. This is a permanent, long-term engagement with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• At least 5 years as a Business Analyst or Marketing Tech consultant.
• Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Data Extensions, SQL.
• Experience supporting SFMC in an international environment.
• Experience executing UAT and incident resolution, with ongoing operational support.
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple business units.
• Fluent English and French for international stakeholders.

We are looking to bring on a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst / Operations Specialist for a major project based in Barcelona. We are seeking professionals with more than 5 years of experience in CRM / Marketing Technology and hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The selected candidate will provide operational support, execute campaigns and customer journeys, and manage requirements from multiple business units, countries, and international stakeholders.
