Job summary

ALTEN in Barcelona seeks a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst to support campaigns, journeys and automations in a global, hybrid setup.

You will optimize processes, manage data and collaborate with cross-functional teams across sectors such as insurance, finance or travel, bringing 5+ years of BA or CRM tech experience and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, CRM or Marketing Tech Consultant with demonstrable operational delivery.
• Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud components: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Data Extensions.
• Experience with campaign and customer journey management, data analysis and testing (UAT).
• Fluency in English and French (advanced).
• Nice to have: experience with SFDC APIs, integrations and data modeling.

You will be key to process optimization, data management and collaboration with cross-functional teams in sectors such as insurance, finance or travel.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC): Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Data Extensions. Campaign and customer journey management. SQL and data analysis. Testing (UAT), troubleshooting and business requirements analysis. Fluent English and French (C1).
