Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ лет опыта в роли бизнес-аналитика или функционального консультанта на проектах Salesforce.
• Hands-on функциональный опыт Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, в т.ч. Retail Execution, Visit Management, Trade Promotion Management и Order Management.
• Опыт работы с BRD, пользовательскими историями и картами бизнес-процессов.

Responsibilities

• Проведение воркшопов по сбору требований с бизнес‑заинтересованными сторонами.
• Анализ и перевод процессов розничной торговли в функциональные спецификации, user stories и процессы.
• Проведение fit-gap анализа по возможностям Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Рекомендации по конфигурации или настройке на основе бизнес‑требований.
• Управление функциональным бэклогом в сотрудничестве с Solution Architects, разработчиками и QA.
• Поддержка планирования и выполнения UAT (сценарии тестирования, управление дефектами, sign-off).

At Vortech PCI Group, we are looking for a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Business Analyst to join an international Salesforce implementation project, working directly with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional solutions. We are looking for a senior functional professional with 7+ years of experience in Salesforce implementations, strong knowledge of Consumer Goods Cloud, and proven experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, stakeholder management and Agile delivery.

• Lead requirements-gathering workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
• Analyse and translate retail execution, trade promotion management and field sales processes into functional specifications, user stories and process flows.
• Perform fit-gap analysis against Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud capabilities, including Retail Execution, Visit Management, Trade Promotion Management and Order Management.
• Recommend configuration or customization approaches based on business requirements.
• Manage the functional backlog, collaborating with Solution Architects, Developers and QA teams.
• Support UAT planning and execution, including test scenarios, defect management and client sign-off.
• Act as the main functional point of contact for the client, managing expectations, status updates and change requests.
• Prepare business process documentation, requirements traceability matrices and training materials.
• Support functional discussions related to data migration and integrations with ERP and trade promotion systems.
• Contribute to solution design decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant on Salesforce implementation projects.
• Hands-on functional experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, particularly Retail Execution, Visit Management, Trade Promotion Management and Order Management.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles, leading workshops and managing business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, business process mapping, functional specifications, BRDs and user stories.
• Experience working in Agile environments, managing functional backlogs and collaborating with technical teams.
• Experience supporting UAT, defect management and go-live activities.
• Understanding of Consumer Goods / CPG business processes, including field sales, merchandising and retail store execution.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English (C1).
• Professional proficiency in Spanish.
• Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional.
• Salesforce Agentforce Specialist.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant.
