This role blends strong Business Analysis expertise with AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, analytics, reporting and decision-making across business and technology teams.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in Transformation, PMO or Strategy environments.
• Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Professional level of English.

We are looking for a Business Analyst with an AI focus to support strategic transformation programmes.

The successful candidate will work closely with Transformation Programme Leads, supporting planning, coordination, governance, reporting, change delivery and executive communications.

This role combines strong Business Analysis expertise with the use of AI-enabled tools and technologies to improve productivity, insight generation, reporting, analytics, content creation and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Perform business process analysis and mapping and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate information and activities across different workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Support transformation programme planning, coordination and governance.
• Track actions, risks, dependencies and milestones.
• Prepare programme documentation, reports, presentations and executive materials.
• Analyse data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Support programme reviews and executive meetings.
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve productivity, reporting, analytics, content creation and decision-making.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience within Transformation, PMO, Strategy, Change Management or Business Analysis environments.
• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management.
• Experience working across business and technology teams.
• Experience with programme reporting, governance and documentation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in business environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional level of English.

• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
