Altia is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to spearhead the functional analysis cycle within complex, international environments. You will transform unstructured business needs into clear, prioritized, actionable requirements and bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, team leadership, and functional modeling to ensure high-quality deliverables in a multicultural setting.

Formación

• Experience in Functional/Business Analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of requirements management (BABOK / IIBA or equivalent).
• Experience defining testing scenarios and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• At least one professional certification from CCBA, CBAP, IIBA-AAC, PMI-PBA, CAP, CBATL, CBPP, CFLBA, IREB-CPRE.

Responsabilidades

• Lead functional analysis activities across the full SDLC in European contexts.
• Elicit and document business requirements, model processes, and produce functional specs.
• Support UAT phases, track requirements backlog, and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Facilitate workshops, track KPIs and reporting, and manage project documentation and meeting minutes.

We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to spearhead the functional analysis cycle within complex, international environments. You will be responsible for transforming unstructured business needs into clear, prioritized, and actionable requirements.

The project

You will lead functional analysis activities across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within a European institutional context.

• Solution Design: Elicit and document business requirements, model processes, identify inefficiencies, and produce functional specifications.
• Implementation Tracking: Manage requirements backlog and traceability, support UAT phases, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Project Manager Assistance: Facilitate workshops, track KPIs and reporting, and manage project documentation and meeting minutes.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to defining and refining methodological standards across multicultural teams.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience: Solid background in Functional/Business Analysis.
• Methodology: Advanced knowledge of requirements management (BABOK / IIBA or equivalent).
• Testing: Experience defining testing scenarios and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Mandatory Professional Certification: Possess at least one current certification from the following (or equivalent): CCBA, CBAP, IIBA-AAC, PMI-PBA, CAP, CBATL, CBPP, CFLBA, IREB-CPRE.
• Communication: Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead the requirements approval cycle.
• Languages: High level of English (C1).
