FoshTech seeks a Business Analyst to bridge product, stakeholders, and engineering, translating business needs into actionable, testable requirements across discovery, refinement, and delivery.

The role focuses on enabling alignment, reducing ambiguity, and supporting AI-enabled feature adoption within agile teams. Collaboration with QA, architects, and developers is expected.

Formación

• Strong experience translating complex business needs into clear, testable requirements and user stories.
• Advanced analytical thinking and problem framing, with the ability to structure ambiguity and guide teams toward effective solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, driving alignment across Product, Engineering, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid experience working within Agile environments, actively contributing to refinement, planning, and delivery.
• Ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams, understanding technical constraints and enabling better solution design.
• Strong systems thinking, with the ability to connect business context with technical execution.
• Experience in process modelling and documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Bridge the gap between Product, stakeholders, and development teams by ensuring a clear and shared understanding of business objectives, intent, and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to explore requirements and translate them into clear, feasible, and testable user stories.
• Support the refinement process by clarifying scope, assumptions, and dependencies, helping reduce ambiguity and enabling smoother delivery.
• Ensure development teams understand not only what is being requested, but also why it matters, enabling better solution design and implementation.
• Proactively identify gaps or missing context in requirements to minimize blockers during development and testing phases.
• Facilitate alignment across Product, Architecture, and Engineering, reducing unnecessary feedback loops and rework.
• Foster team autonomy by promoting strong shared understanding and clear communication throughout discovery and delivery phases.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, architects, and Team Leaders throughout the lifecycle, contributing to clarity rather than controlling delivery.
• Identify and support opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) in product features or internal workflows, ensuring responsible and value-driven application.

The Role

The Business Analyst plays a key role in enabling shared understanding between Product, stakeholders, and engineering teams. By bridging business intent with technical execution, the role ensures that objectives are clearly understood, explored, and translated into actionable, testable requirements.

Working closely within the development function, the Business Analyst supports teams throughout discovery, refinement, and delivery, helping reduce ambiguity and improve clarity across all stages. The role focuses on facilitating alignment and enabling teams to make informed decisions, rather than defining product strategy or owning delivery.

Additionally, the Business Analyst contributes to identifying opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI), supporting the adoption of practical and value-driven solutions within both product features and internal workflows.
