Dev.Pro in Madrid is seeking a Principal Business Analyst to support the development of a large-scale fintech data platform. The role involves working across multiple Scrum teams to define requirements and translate business needs into clear technical direction. Ideal candidates should have over 7 years of experience in complex IT environments, expertise in Agile methodologies, and strong analytical skills. Formación

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT or data-driven environments.

We invite a Principal Business Analyst to join our team and support the development of a large-scale fintech data platform in the private markets domain. In this role, you'll work across multiple Scrum teams focused on preparing and structuring data for use by AI agents, helping define how unstructured data is transformed into reliable, AI-ready datasets.

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT or data-driven environments
• Strong experience working across multiple Scrum teams in an Agile environment, preferably within SAFe
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear technical direction for complex systems
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear solutions
• Experience working closely with engineers and architects in cross-functional teams
• Experience working with systems that have multiple integrations and dependencies
• Strong communication skills; ability to present complex topics clearly and align stakeholders
• Ability to navigate high levels of ambiguity and drive technical clarity across teams
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Desirable

• Experience working on AI or blockchain-based projects
• Familiarity with data platforms or complex, integration-heavy systems
• Understanding of AI-driven data workflows, data transformation, or data provenance
• Experience in fintech or private markets domains

Key responsibilities and your contribution

• Work across multiple Scrum teams to define requirements for complex platform initiatives

• Break down ambiguous problems and help shape practical solutions
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and product stakeholders to support delivery
• Ensure alignment across teams working on interconnected systems and integrations
• Facilitate alignment on scope, dependencies, and priorities across teams
• Contribute to sprint activities and support PI planning
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies and help drive resolution across teams
