Affinity Petcare is seeking a Brand Manager for Spain to lead the Advance team, shaping and executing impactful brand plans and driving growth in the market. You will work under the Senior Brand Manager and collaborate across marketing, sales, and NPD to optimize the consumer journey.

You will analyze brand performance, co-create local campaigns with a digital emphasis, and manage a marketing budget to deliver strong P&L outcomes while aligning with global strategy.

Formación

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine with veterinary clinic experience and industry knowledge.
• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar.
• Strong social media knowledge and interest in trends.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Leadership and energy to drive bold ideas.
• Influencing and communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze brand performance and market trends monthly.
• Define annual brand plans including media, communications and consumer promotions to boost sales.
• Manage marketing and promotions budget for efficient resource allocation.
• Co-create local brand campaigns with digital focus, monitor performance and optimize.
• Lead social media content development with the Media Country Lead.
• Collaborate with Global team on innovation projects based on local needs.
• Foster cross-functional relationships to ensure cohesive brand execution.
