Affinity Petcare in Barcelona, Spain is seeking a Brand Manager Advance to lead the Spain market within the Advance team, reporting to the Senior Brand Manager. This full-time, on-site role focuses on brand growth and strategy.

You will conduct market analysis, define annual brand plans, manage budgets, collaborate with media and digital campaigns, and work cross-functionally to deliver cohesive brand execution across the customer journey.

Formación

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine.
• 3-5 years in FMCG/OTC or Veterinarian sector.
• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or similar.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Market analysis and brand monitoring to identify growth opportunities.
• Define annual brand plans including media, communication, and promotions.
• Manage marketing and promotional budget to ensure efficient resource use.
• Co-create local campaigns with a digital and social focus.
• Lead social media content with measurement and action planning.
• Collaborate with Global team on innovation projects and local needs.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Commercial Excellence, Sales, NPD, Regulatory, and Consumer Care.

Your Role

We are looking for a Brand Manager Spain to join the Advance team, reporting to the Senior Brand Manager.

What you will do

• Market analysis and brand monitoring: monthly analysis of the brand performance and competitive landscape to proactively identify growth opportunities
• Definition of the annual brand plans based on the brand’s strategy and objectives: including media & communication strategy and consumer promotion activities in order to boost the brand’s sales
• Manage Marketing & Promotional budget ensuring efficient resources allocation to deliver results and to ensure a healthy P&L
• Co-create together with the media team the local brand campaigns with a strong focus on digital & social ecosystems, maximizing impact across the customer journey while continuously monitoring and optimizing performance.
• Lead and cocreation of Social Media Content, with continuous measurement and action planning together with Media Country Lead
• Collaborate with the Global team to develop and execute innovation projects, based on a strong understanding of local needs and opportunities
• Cross-Functional collaboration: build strong, trusted relationships with other departments (Commercial Excellence, Sales, NPD, Regulatory, Consumer Care…) to ensure cohesive brand execution across all touchpoints

What we are looking for

• 3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment within the FMCG/OTC or Veterinarian sector, across Marketing, NPD or Technical Communications
• Degree in Veterinary Medicine, with experience in veterinary clinics and a solid understanding of industry dynamics
• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or similar highly valuated
• Good knowledge of social media dynamics, with a clear interest for this space and a genuine passion for key emerging trends
• Ability to analyze and interpret performance data, translating insights into actionable recommendations to optimize brand performance.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, proving experience of working and delivering multiple projects.
• Leadership and energy to bring bold ideas to life
• Influencing & communication skills
• Fluent in Spanish & English
