Affinity Petcare is seeking a Brand Manager for Spain to lead the Advance team, shaping and executing impactful brand plans and driving growth in the market. You will work under the Senior Brand Manager and collaborate across marketing, sales, and NPD to optimize the consumer journey.

You will analyze brand performance, co-create local campaigns with a digital emphasis, and manage a marketing budget to deliver strong P&L outcomes while aligning with global strategy.

Formación

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine with veterinary clinic experience and industry knowledge.
• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar.
• Strong social media knowledge and interest in trends.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Leadership and energy to drive bold ideas.
• Influencing and communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Your Role

We are looking for a Brand Manager Spain to join the Advance team, reporting to the Senior Brand Manager. In this role, you will lead the brand strategy in the market, acting as a key driver of growth by shaping and executing impactful brand plans, while continuously identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities.

What you will do

• Market analysis and brand monitoring: monthly analysis of the brand performance and competitive landscape to proactively identify growth opportunities
• Definition of the annual brand plans based on the brand’s strategy and objectives:including media & communication strategy and consumer promotion activities in order to boost the brand’s sales
• Manage Marketing & Promotional budgetensuring efficient resources allocation to deliver results and to ensure a healthy P&L
• Co-create together with the media team the local brand campaigns with a strong focus on digital & social ecosystems, maximizing impact across the customer journey while continuously monitoring and optimizing performance
• Lead and cocreation of Social Media Content, with continuous measurement and action planning together with Media Country Lead
• Collaborate with the Global team to develop and execute innovation projects, based on a strong understanding of local needs and opportunities
• Cross-Functional collaboration:build strong, trusted relationships withother departments (Commercial Excellence, Sales, NPD, Regulatory, Consumer Care…)to ensure cohesive brand execution across all touchpoints

What we are looking for

• 3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment within the FMCG/OTC or Veterinarian sector, across Marketing, NPD or Technical Communications

Qualifications

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine, with experience in veterinary clinics and a solid understanding of industry dynamics
• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or similar highly valuated
• Good knowledge of social media dynamics, with a clear interest for this space and a genuine passion for key emerging trends
• Ability to analyze and interpret performance data, translating insights into actionable recommendations to optimize brand performance.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, proving experience of working and delivering multiple projects.
• Leadership and energy to bring bold ideas to life
• I nfluencing & communication skills
• Fluen t in Spanish & English
