Ingersoll-Rand in Spain is seeking a strategic branding leader to oversee CSS EMEIA initiatives for Compression Systems and Air Treatment, shaping brand architecture and customer engagement.

You will align regional branding with global standards, drive loyalty programs, coordinate cross-functional teams across marketing, legal, digital, operations, and sales, and measure impact to accelerate growth and market differentiation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 5–10 years in brand management, marketing, customer engagement, or loyalty programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of brand governance, implementation, and customer lifecycle management.
• Experience in a B2B industrial/manufacturing/engineering or technology environment (preferred).
• Knowledge of customer retention, customer experience, and loyalty program development.
• Strategic thinking and analytical, data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Lead EMEIA branding initiatives across CSS and Air Treatment.
• Drive brand value propositions, messaging consistency, and differentiation aligned with value-selling.
• Develop and execute branding roadmaps across countries and channels.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with marketing, legal, digital, operations, sales, and support.
• Develop, implement, and manage customer loyalty and retention programs.
• Define program KPIs and measure customer participation, retention, advocacy, and revenue impact.
• Present updates and impact assessments to senior leadership.
