Job summary

Amazon EU SARL (Spain Branch) in Madrid is seeking an Associate Account Manager (Brand Specialist) to own vendor relationships and develop short- and long-term growth strategies focused on brand performance and customer satisfaction.

You will analyze business performance, propose promotional activities, and work with cross-functional teams across Category Management, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing to drive long-term value for vendors and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a cross-functional or client-facing environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance and translate data into insights to improve outcomes.
• Drive local and EU supply-chain operational excellence and manage stock in the Fulfillment Centre.
• Recommend marketing campaigns and promotions, including Prime Day activities.
• Support product selection and improve customer experience on detail pages.
