Travelopia’s Europe Express is seeking a Trip Concierge to craft tailor-made travel experiences in Barcelona with flexible hybrid work. You will coordinate accommodations, transport, dining, and activities while providing proactive support before, during, and after travel.

Ideal candidates have travel ops/customer service experience, strong English, plus additional European languages. Expect 1 day in the office weekly in low season and 2 days in high season.

Formación

• Experience in travel operations, customer service, or after‑sales support.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident using back-office systems, Microsoft Office, and Amadeus or other GDS platforms.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently while collaborating with global teams and stakeholders.
• Flexible to support occasional US stakeholder meetings and rotational after-hours/weekend schedule.
• Hybrid role based in Barcelona, with 1 day/week in low season and 2 days/week in high season.
• 8-hour shift, rotational after-hours/weekend schedule with reimbursement where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and confirm all elements of the guest itinerary with suppliers.
• Anticipate client needs and curate seamless journeys to impress guests.
• Ensure bookings are accurate and documentation is error-free.
• Communicate with guests before travel to confirm details and preferences.
• Respond to special requests such as reservations and recommendations.
• Provide frontline support during trips and resolve issues professionally.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations for a cohesive guest experience.
• Use feedback to suggest enhancements and process improvements.
• Post-trip, collect feedback and identify actions to elevate future experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of guest communications and preferences.
