Exoticca, a pioneering online travel agency, seeks a B2B Travel Advisor Support to assist our travel partners in the booking process and provide product guidance across markets.

You will work with international partners, manage quotes, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience teams from our Barcelona offices. Fluency in EN/ES/FR is preferred; CRM (Salesforce) and Amadeus knowledge is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service, sales support, or travel.
• Comfortable communicating with international partners (calls & email).
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Commercial mindset and proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of Amadeus GDS desirable.

Aufgaben

• Support travel advisors with inquiries about itineraries, pricing, availability, and policies.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes to convert them into bookings.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage booking-related issues and coordinate internally when needed.
• Maintain records in CRM and internal systems.
• Stay up to date with product updates and promotions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.
