Crypto.com is seeking a Security Engineer to join the Production Excellence & Stability team in Barcelona. You will help ensure uptime, oversee pre-production environments, manage incidents, and coordinate disaster recovery efforts.

The role emphasizes AI/LLMs automation, Web3 security research, and close collaboration with engineering. Remote or hybrid work options are available, with competitive benefits and opportunities to influence global blockchain infrastructure.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience using AI/LLMs to automate workflows or infrastructure monitoring.
• Strong communication skills to bridge end-users and engineering teams.
• Experience supporting applications in production environments.
• Knowledge of Rust, Python, Node.js or Golang.

Responsabilidades

• Guard uptime by ensuring stability and availability of production applications and blockchain infrastructure.
• Oversee pre-production and staging environments to enable seamless delivery.
• Lead triage of alerts, conduct root-cause analysis, and manage follow-ups.
• Coordinate disaster recovery testing, audits, and improvements of monitoring tools.
