The role emphasizes collaboration with security and engineering teams, leveraging AI/LLMs to automate workflows and monitoring. Hybrid or remote work options are available.

Formación

• Bachelor level or higher in CS/Engineering/IT required.
• Experience supporting applications in a production environment is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication to bridge users and engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure uptime and stability of production applications and blockchain infrastructure.
• Manage pre-production and staging environments for smooth delivery.
• Lead incident triage, root cause analysis, and post-resolution follow-ups.
