ManyChat, Inc. is seeking a Cyber Security Lead in Barcelona, Spain. This role involves leading a team of security engineers and managing end-to-end security operations. You will define operational roadmaps and work closely with other teams to implement security controls.

The ideal candidate has over 7 years in technical security roles and strong AWS cloud security knowledge. You’ll ensure that ManyChat’s infrastructure and products remain secure. The company offers comprehensive health insurance and a flexible benefits package.

Formación

• 7+ years in technical security roles across AppSec, Infra Sec, or Endpoint Security.
• 3+ years in a lead or management role with direct reports.
• Experience with developer security tooling: SAST, SCA, secrets scanning, and DAST integration into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a team of AppSec, Infra Sec, and Endpoint Security engineers.
• Define and execute operational roadmaps for Application Security, Infrastructure Security, and Endpoint/Office Security.
• Run and coordinate security incident investigations.
